The Superbill can be used as a receipt for your patients. They can use it for income tax purposes or to submit to their insurance companies. Over 75 nutrition related diagnosis codes (ICD-9-CM) and procedure codes (new MNT codes) are included.

Diagnosis codes added in 2009: Chronic Kidney Disease; Gastroparesis, Bariatric surgery complicating pregnancy; malnutrition following GI surgery.
